RETURN and REFUND

Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@iz96.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number

We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a free reprint or refund for qualifying issues.

Shipping Fees Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, only the product cost will be refunded — shipping charges will not be returned.

Non-Eligible Issues The following are not eligible for a refund or reprint:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inches for DTG products)
  • Low-quality results due to customer-provided low-resolution designs
